Whey 80 Concentrate (乳清蛋白) 和 Whey 90 Isolate (分離乳清蛋白) 有什麼分別?

乳清蛋白是健身的入門產品，比較大眾化，脂肪和熱量比分離乳清蛋白高(蛋白純度約80%)，比較適合初學和需要增肌的用家。分離乳清蛋白是由乳清蛋白提煉而成，所以脂肪和熱量會比乳清蛋白低，蛋白純度更高(大約90%)，價錢同時較高，適合低碳水的飲食或要減脂的用家。乳糖敏感的人士亦建議購買分離乳清蛋白。

我應該選擇增重粉(Gainer) 還是蛋白粉(Whey Protein)?
