What is the length and width of the straps?

The length from one handle to the other is about 7 feet. The webbing is 1/2 inch wide and measures about 6 feet between handles.

Is there a weight limit?

We say no heavier than 250 pounds. The Fitness Pocket can actually handle more than that, but we like to keep safe!
