Whey 80 Concentrate (乳清蛋白) 和 Whey 90 Isolate (分離乳清蛋白) 有什麼分別?

乳清蛋白是健身的入門產品，比較大眾化，脂肪和熱量比分離乳清蛋白高(蛋白純度約80%)，比較適合初學和需要增肌的用家。分離乳清蛋白是由乳清蛋白提煉而成，所以脂肪和熱量會比乳清蛋白低，蛋白純度更高(大約90%)，價錢同時較高，適合低碳水的飲食或要減脂的用家。乳糖敏感的人士亦建議購買分離乳清蛋白。

我應該選擇增重粉(Gainer) 還是蛋白粉(Whey Protein)?

增重粉和蛋白粉一樣含有蛋白質，但為了提高熱量，增重粉會加入更多碳水化合物，通常碳水化合物和蛋白質的比例是二比一。如果你覺得自己肌肉不夠，體重希望增加10kg以上，請使用增肌粉，不過請僅記你需要繼續進食正餐和足夠的運動配合。如果你覺得體重足夠了，但自己皮脂有點厚，希望盡快出線條和減掉小肚腩，同時又可維持肌肉量，那請選擇蛋白粉。

新手如何使用BCAA?

BCAA支鏈氨基酸英文全名為Branched Chain Amino Acid，運動健身前補充BCAA，可以增強耐力，提升訓練上的精神表現。長時間大量使用肌肉的運動如有氧運動或重量訓練都會消耗肌肉裡面的BCAA，令到運動表現下降。有見及此，在運動前1~2小時補充BCAA可以提升運動能力，運動後半小時使用則可以補充體內BCAA。

肌酸(Creatine)是什麼?

肌酸是一種天然有機酸，負責供應肌肉運動的能量循環。體內的肌酸愈多，供給肌肉持運動的能量也愈多，爆發力和耐力就會愈高。不過，如果有腎病的用家一般都不建議使用。很多外國研究顯示肌酸不會損害腎臟功能正常的用家的腎臟，所以不需作過份擔心。水合型肌酸（Monohydrate Creatine）最大眾化的肌酸，因為吸收比較慢，對身體的衝擊亦比較溫和。通常服用一個禮拜才會感覺得到有效果。肌酸是為了增加運動時爆發力表現，主流意見認為應在運動前1~2小時前服用。

為什麼酪蛋白Casein很重要?

We recommend 2 – 3 servings daily. Add 350ml of water or milk into your TPW™ Master Blender. The less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, so adjust to suit your own taste.

For Men: Add 2 scoops (60g) to 300-350ml of water or milk in your TPW™ Master Blender, mix well and consume.

For Women: Add 1 scoop (30g) to 150-175ml of water or milk in your TPW™ Master Blender, mix well and consume.

WARNINGS
